The Str8jackets had their first major recognition courtesy of Pete Tong, playing their bootleg remix of the Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Boom Boom Pow’ spinning their ‘Whats it All About?’ record twice on the Essential Selection. The boys have notched up an impressive string of remixes & singles on labels such as CR2, Peppermint Jam, Nervous NYC & now Big In Ibiza.

MC Chickaboo, started out in 1992 MC’ing at the now legendary Fantasia, Dreamscape & Jungle Fever raves & soon found herself exploding in to the breakbeat scene. She became the lead vocalist for Rennie Pilgrem’s band TCR Allstars, won “Best Song” at Breakspoll 2006 for “2 Freaks” & even more impressively her massive collaboration with Timo Maas “Shifter” (www.youtube.com) hit number 1 in the MTV UK Charts & USA No 1 Billboard charts.
