'Sugar Jesus' is an award-winning electro pop act formed in 2009. Since then they have been busy gigging all over the country. This year has been especially frantic with touring alongside such acts as Calvin Harris, Data Rock, The Whip and Filthy Dukes. Last year they won "Best Dance Song" for their opener, 'Here Comes the Storm', at the Exposure Music Awards, at which they also received a nomination for 'Best Live Act'. Hailed as “Indie Disco Kings” by TimeOut London and labelled "Dance-Rock-Noise-Joy" by The Guardian, the group have recently received widespread radio-play, and have featured in magazines such as NME and The Big Issue.
