Revelation Kollektiv heralds its arrival onto the NuJazz scene with its debut record release, Dr O’s Little Songbook. Revelation Kollektiv is a group who pride themselves on keeping their sound current and modern and yet totally unique. In their own words – “our music is familiar because it is reminiscent of our musical influences: you can hear and feel the sound and vibe of Blaze, King Britt, Masters at Work, Jamie Lidell, Portishead, Koop and others, and it is different because it is reminiscent of nothing that you have heard before”.
